Kennels

kenneling.jpg

Boarding animals since 1991, we have established a regular clientele who visit us many times during the year.

Our boarding kennels:

Offers catering accommodation for your beloved pets while you are away on holiday or even for just a weekend. We understand that no dog likes to be away from their natural environment and that this could be unsettling for them.

Dogs are personally walked, exercised and cared for daily by our experienced staff. We have extra-large kennels and runs available for family groups, as well as cattery facilities for our feline friends.

All dogs should be fully vaccinated before booking into the kennels. We can vaccinate your dog for you but do recommend that he is protected from Kennel Cough. We also ask that you leave a copy of your pet's vaccination and veterinary record with us for the duration of their stay.

We also offer regular dipping and grooming services for our boarders.

In case of any Emergencies:

In the unlikely event that your pet needs to visit a vet during their stay, we use Proesstraat Dierekliniek situated in Pretoria. We have used them for many years and always trust them to provide a high standard of care for our boarders.

If you prefer we make use of their own personal vet for the care and attention that they require, we will gladly transfer them.

Nutrition:

We feed our dogs Jock Multistage - a high quality dog food that keeps our animals in peak condition. For more detailed nutritional information go to www.afgrianimalfeeds.co.za/jockmulti.html.

You are welcome to bring your own dog food for feeding, as well as baskets, blankets and toys to make your pet feel more at home.

Our experienced team of trainers are also experts in puppy socialization which includes walking on a lead, socializing with people and other animals and familiarizing them with various noises and outside distractions. We also offer inboard training in both obedience and personal protection which can be scheduled to coincide with your holiday away.
